At Catch Flow Flexwear, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be included

Certain items such as sale items, underwear, or final sale products are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
